I am definitely thinking of getting this book or DVD again and would love to hear more of your feedback. Plagued by a bad back, she was horrified to find many exercise classes would exacerbate the problem rather than help strengthen her body. My time younher limited, so this greatly appeals to me.
So I consider it worth having this book with the DVDs, for the additional material and explanations.
